Overview of the 2010 Buick Enclave
Now in its third year on the market the three row 2010 Buick Enclave is a great option for growing families. The quiet and smooth ride, ample space, and top crash test scores give you a combination of luxury and minivan functionality with peace of mind. The seven passenger with optional eight passenger seating is also a big plus. Please consult the online auto brochure for exact interior dimensions. New this year are standard 19 inch alloy wheels with a 20 inch chrome wheel option, optional Bose stereo with USB jack, and quicker downshifts for the updated automatic transmission. All models are available in front wheel or all-wheel drive. The 2010 Enclave comes in three trim levels, the CX, CXL1, and CXL2. Below is an overview of options and specs.
The new Civic boasts Honda’s legendary build quality and reliability, and this is obvious when you’re in the cabin, with all materials used being high quality and giving a very sturdy feel. The modern styling from outside of the Civic has been carried through into the interior with loads of clever bits like a high mounted digital speedo and the switchgear being clustered together by theme. All the controls are well thought out and easy to use.
The Honda Fit on the other hand, is the most highly regarded compact car in reviews. It is quite fun to ride on just as well as the Honda Civic. The handling is quite sporty and you get excellent fuel economy as well. The interior is well designed and flexible. It also has also good crash test results. This car though is not as affordable than most competitors. It’s also has a leisurely acceleration with automatic. Like the Honda Civic it also has a firm ride and the road and engine noise can be heard.
Aston’s line of GT cars have always enjoyed an overwhelming reception since the release of the first DB car in the 1940′s. Vanquish cars were built throughout six years from 2001 and were popularized by their inclusion in the James Bond film of 2002, “Die Another Day”. The exposure gained from that film catapulted the model to being chosen as one of the best film cars of all time and for adequate reason. Its use of the same technology as that of the Project Vantage concept car meant that every Vanquish was built to run on a 5.9 L V12 engine which performed at 454 bhp. Another version that came out in 2004, the Aston Martin Vanquish S was of an even better make as it was fitted with a 6.0L V12, cranking out over 500 bhp at 7,000 rpm.
The Japanese version of the Civic was sold as a 4-door Sedan which generates 222bhp at 8400RPM. This is more powerful than the European version, which generates 198bhp at 7,800RPM. The external features of the 3-Door hatchback have changed some what since 2001, with a slightly less ‘sporty’ look and more of a ‘Honda space age’ look. However – under the bonnet the 2litre VTEC engine is the same (tweaked) engine as was in the previous generation, which isn’t a bad thing..
Top of the line interior design merges class with comfort. With generous seating for seven, the Enclave is perfect for family. State of the art options include floor folding seats, DVD players, and even back seat trays. Cruise control and steering wheel mounted radio and CD controls; six-way power adjuster with lumbar support and control for the driver’s seat; and tri-zone air conditioning are included in every Enclave. The cabin is kept peaceful with Buick’s exclusive Quiettuning sound-dampening treatments which keep the outside noise out where it belongs.
